Payment
1. What payment methods are available on climaeco.es?
We offer the following payment methods for climate equipment and services:
- Cash or card on pickup (only for warehouse self-pickup).
- Card payment via VISA, MASTERCARD, or MAESTRO through STRIPE (for all delivery types).
- Bank transfer (an invoice is provided for payment).
- Cryptocurrency, including USDT (for all delivery types).
- Payment via PayPal (a fast and secure method for all delivery types).
Delivery
2. Which regions do you deliver to?
We deliver orders throughout Spain, including the mainland, the Canary Islands, and the Balearic Islands. Delivery is also available to Portugal and Morocco. International delivery of oversized equipment (e.g., heat pumps or solar panel kits) is possible; conditions are calculated individually.
3. What delivery methods do you offer?
- Courier delivery or transport company (for standard orders and split systems).
- Self-pickup from our warehouse in Gandia (Valencia).
- Delivery of large orders via a specialized transport company.
Discounts and Promotions
4. Are there discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer permanent discounts for one-time and wholesale orders:
- 5% for orders from 1,000 to 5,000 euros.
- 7% for orders from 5,000 to 10,000 euros.
- 10% for orders over 10,000 euros.
5. How can I find out about current promotions and discounts?
All current promotions and discounts are published in the "Discounts" section on the main page and on the "Promotions" page. Discounted products are displayed with the old price crossed out.

No, registration is not mandatory. You can place an order as a guest; however, registered users gain access to order history and exclusive equipment maintenance offers.
9. How can I change or cancel an order?
To change the configuration or cancel an order, please contact our support team via phone, WhatsApp, or email as soon as possible.

10. Can I order delivery to an international address?
Yes, delivery outside of Spain is possible for large orders. Shipping costs and conditions are calculated individually. For details, please contact our manager.
